אליפויות אירופה, קדטים ונוער. מדליות באליפות אירופה (זוגות מעורבים), מדליות בסבב העולמי בשנים האחרונות. אורי אלמור היה מדורג 13 בעולם בשיאו כולל ניצחון מול המדורג 1 בעולם לגילו.
נבחרות ישראל היו בדרג ב' ובתוך שנה וחצי בלבד – 3 נבחרות ישראל בטניס שולחן, העפילו לראשונה בהיסטוריה לדרג א' כש-6 מתוך 8 הם שחקני האקדמיה הנוכחית.

 

מהם הערכים עליהם מושם דגש בשלבי איתור הספורטאים לאקדמיה ובכלל?

בשלב האיתור: שיתוף פעולה חברתי, ערכים מקצועיים כמו לדעת להתאמן עם כל יריב אימון בלי קשר לרמת היריב/ה. יכולת לעבוד בעבודת צוות גם בסיטואציות שאינן קשורות לטניס שולחן.
במהלך הלימודים באקדמיה: אין הבדל בין דרישות המשמעת בין המאמן הראשי לבין המדריכים! תפיסת המערכת כמיקשה אחת. החניכים נדרשים לכבד ולהישמע לכל אנשי הצוות ויודעים שהמדריך החברתי חשוב בדיוק כמו המאמן ואולי אפילו יותר.
כמו כן, מושם דגש על ללמוד מענפים אחרים, להכיר ספורטאים ואת הנעשה בענפים השונים ועל ערכים כמו עזרה האחד לשני. כשרואים שלילד בקבוצה קשה – לעזור לו, לתמוך בו ולדעת להיות שם כשקשה לחבר/ה שלך.
