מהם הערכים שהנכם מחפשים בספורטאים בשלבי האיתור ומהם אלו על-פיהם מחנכים את הספורטאים באקדמיה?
הצטיינות בכל אחד מענפי הטריאתלון בנפרד (שחייה, אופניים וריצה) כמו גם במקצה המלא. תכונות אופי של שאיפה למצוינות בכל דבר שעושים, רצון להתפתח מכל דבר ובכל רגע. הישגיות, תחרותיות וכן חברות ויכולת להיות חלק מקבוצה.

 

התוכנית המקצועית של הענף (בקווים כללים):
כ-15 יחידות אימון בשבוע, סה״כ 25-30 שעות שבועיות.
כולל 5 אימוני שחייה, 3 אימוני אופניים, 4 אימוני ריצה, שני אימוני כוח ואימון פילאטיס אחד.
בנוסף, מתקיים ״אימון מנטלי״ עם פסיכולוג אחת לשבועיים.
בעונת הרלוונטיות מתווספים גם אימוני סימולציה בטריאתלון.
