קורס מדריכות שחייה לימוד למגזר החרדי

מטרות הקורס: הכשרת מדריכות שחייה מיומנות ומקצועיות לקבוצות אוכלוסייה מגוונות, ילדות, נערות ומבוגרות. למען שיפור איכות החיים, הבנת השונות בין השוחים ומתן מענה בבחירת התכנים ודרכי ההוראה בהתאם.

 

קהל היעד: נשים ובנות מיומנות בשחייה המעוניינות ברכישת מקצוע מבוקש.

 

נושאי הלימוד: מדעי הספורט (28 שעות): רפואת ספורט ופסיכולוגיה.
תוכנית הלימוד הענפית (126 שעות): היבטים מתודיים ובטיחותיים בהוראת השחייה, טרום שחייה לגילאי 6-4, הוראת סגנונות השחייה לילדים ומבוגרים, שחייה לגיל השלישי, עקרונות לאיתור שגיאות ושיפור הסגנון הבסיסי למתחילות, עקרונות בבניית תוכנית אימון אישית לשיפור הכושר הגופני הכללי באמצעות השחייה.

 

תנאי הקבלה:
גיל 17 או מי שסיימה לימודיה בכיתה י"א ותציג אישור מתאים מבית ספרה (*תעודת ההסמכה תינתן מגיל 17 ומעלה)
מבחן מעשי: שחייה למרחק 200 מטר תוך שילוב של 2 סגנונות שחייה לפחות וריאיון אישי.

 

היקף הקורס: 8 חודשים, 154 שעות + 28 שעות עזרה ראשונה
יום הלימודים: שני

 

שכר הלימוד: 7,450 ₪ + 550 ₪ דמי הרשמה.

 

הסמכה: לעומדות בהצלחה בדרישות הקורס תוענק תעודת "מדריך שחייה לימוד" בהתאם להוראת חוק הספורט מטעם ביה"ס למאמנים ולמדריכים ע"ש נט הולמן במכון וינגייט.
