מטרת הקורס: סגנון ההיפ הופ מתפתח בשנים האחרונות בארץ ובעולם וכדי לעסוק בתחום זה דרוש ידע, מיומנות וניסיון. מטרת קורס זה להסמיך מדריכים מקצועיים בתחום ההיפ הופ לכל הגילים.

 

נושאי הלימוד:
בחלק המדעי: אנטומיה, פיזיולוגיה של המערכות ופיזיולוגיה של המאמץ, תזונה.
בחלק הענפי: מערכת התנועה, תולדות המחול וההיפ הופ, מתודיקה בהתאמה לגיל הלומדים וגודל הקבוצה, בניית מערכי שיעור, לימוד סגנונות ריקוד: אפריקאי, ברייק דאנס, לוקינג, ניו סטייל ועוד.
ליווי הסטודנט והדרכתו ביצירת סגנון אישי, מקצבים – בחירת מוזיקה והתאמת תנועות למקצב, התמחות מעשית.

 

היקף הקורס: 140 שעות + 28 עזרה ראשונה (עייני בעמוד 19)
תנאי הקבלה: גיל 17 ומעלה, רקע במחול ובהיפ הופ, אודישן וריאיון אישי.
יום הלימודים: מדעים בימי ד', מעשי בימי ה'
שכר הלימוד: 7,500 ₪ + 550 ₪ דמי הרשמה.
