קורס מדריכות פעילות גופנית לגיל הזהב למגזר החרדי

מטרות הקורס: להכשיר מדריכות לפעילות גופנית לאוכלוסיית גיל הזהב, להקנות לסטודנטים ידע והבנה בעקרונות אימון לאוכלוסיית גיל הזהב, בניית תוכנית אימונים והתאמתה לרמות השונות (מתאמנים פעילים, מתאמנים אשר לא יכולים לעמוד – העברת פעילות גופנית בישיבה) שיטות אימון והשפעתן על אוכלוסיית גיל הזהב.

 

קהל יעד: מדריכות ספורט בפועל, ונשים המעוניינות להתמחות בהדרכת תנועה לגיל הזהב.

תוכנית לימודים: במדעי הספורט: אנטומיה, פיזיולוגיה, תזונה, תורת הכושר הגופני, פציעות ספורט, שינויים אנטומיים ופיזיולוגיים בקרב קשישים. מושם דגש על מודעות לתנועה מבוקרת ונכונה, מניעת נפילות ופעילות גופנית המותאמת במיוחד לאוכלוסיית "גיל הזהב".

 

תנאי קבלה: גיל 17 ומעלה וריאיון אישי.
היקף הקורס: שנתי – 217 שעות + 28 שעות עזרה ראשונה (עייני בעמוד 19).
יום הלימודים: שלישי בוקר, לימודי מדעים בימי רביעי
שכר הלימוד: 7,900 ₪ + 550 ₪ דמי הרשמה.

תעודה: למסיימות את הקורס בהצלחה תוענק תעודת "מדריכה לפעילות גופנית לגיל הזהב" מטעם ביה"ס למאמנים ולמדריכים ע"ש נט הולמן במכון וינגייט.
