המדור מתמחה בייעוץ ובליווי מנטלי לספורטאים בכל הרמות, על ידי פסיכולוגים המתמחים בפסיכולוגיה של הספורט.
המטרה העיקרית היא לימוד, ייעוץ והדרכה בשימוש במיומנויות מנטליות לביצוע מיטבי בתנאי לחץ.

הליווי המנטלי מותאם אישית לספורטאי ולענף הספורט ומבוסס על גישת ה-LMA, עיקרון התקופתיות, ושימוש במדדים אובייקטיבים כדוגמת משוב ביולוגי.
