תנאי קבלה:

1. המלצת הנהלת המועדון בו המועמד פעיל.
2. ריאיון אישי: רקע ספורטיבי, ניסיון האימון ורמתו, מנהיגות ויוזמה.
3. בוגר/ת קורס מדריכי קשתות בהצלחה.
4. בעל/ת ניסיון הדרכה של שנתיים במועדון תחרותי לאחר ההסמכה כמדריך.
